I was honored to participate in the Women's March Los Angeles on January 21st. It was a beautifully sunny day in the middle of an otherwise dark and stormy week (literally and figuratively). Estimates had the attendance at about 700k which I can vouch for- because I've never been surrounded by so many people in my life! It was lovely. The crowd was full of signs that were heartfelt, poignant, powerful and pretty damn funny. We needed those laughs.

If you're at all frustrated these days (aren't we all?) there's no better time to express your thoughts in a positive way. If you're an artist - make something. If you're a writer or a humorist - put pen to paper. The organizers behind the Women's March are pushing for 10 Actions in the First 100 Days which strives to make waves within our democratic process. The first action is a totally doable one: send a postcard to your state senator or to your local congressman, letting them know which issues are most important to you. I'm attending a postcard making party later this week but if you can't make it to one of your own, print out the postcards that I designed below! Let your voice be heard!
